An emergency can be as small as needing a book for class and as unfortunate as a medical emergency or fender bender.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that situations happen and needs change. However, if you need to cancel, cancellation is fine but a fee may still apply dependent whether we have engaged a student or money has already been spent for your request.
